TE 300 ist eine Mikroprozessor – Schwei\u00df – Steuerung f\u00fcr\u00a0Widerstandsschwei\u00dfmaschinen.\u00a0<\/span>Diese Steuerung enth\u00e4lt spezielle Funktionen,\u00a0f\u00fcr die Schwei\u00dfung mit Produktionsschwei\u00dfzangen mit integrierter Steuerung, wie die Doppelhub – Kontrolle, und eine Funktion zur \u00dcberpr\u00fcfung der Wirksamkeit der Sicherheitseinrichtungen, die letztendlich am Haltegriff der Maschine installiert werden kann.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Es k\u00f6nnen 2 verschiedene Schwei\u00df – Programme extern abgerufen werden.<\/span>Jedes Programm besteht aus 11 programmierbaren Parametern, die den Arbeitszyklus beschreiben. Au\u00dfer dem einfachen 4 – Zeiten – Zyklus erm\u00f6glicht die Steuerung<\/span>\u00a0die Schwei\u00dfung mit Vorschwei\u00dfstrom, Nachschwei\u00dfstrom, Slope und Pulse.\u00a0<\/span>Eine weitere Funktion dieser Steuereung ist die Kompensation des Minimalstroms.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
