Die Plasma Prof 254 HQC<\/strong> – Art 955 – ist vollkommen mikroprozessorgesteuert. Die Stromquelle hat einen maximalen Schneidstrom von 250A bei 100% Einschaltdauer. Diese neue Stromquelle komplettiert das Plasma Programm zum Schneiden an Automaten.<\/p>\n

Plasma Brenner CP 251G<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n

Der neue Cebora CP 251 G Brenner wurde konzipiert f\u00fcr Hochqualit\u00e4tsschnitte auf allen metallischen Materialien, wobei unterschiedliche Gase wie Sauerstoff, Stickstoff, Argon-Wasserstoff, Stickstoff-Wasserstoff verwendet werden. Das Markieren des Werkst\u00fccks, kann mittels Auswahl dieser Option an der Konsole, mit den gleichen Verschlei\u00dfteilen durchgef\u00fchrt werden, welche auch zum Schneiden benutzt werden. Mit Hilfe der Testfunktion ist es m\u00f6glich, einen kurzen Leckage-Check durchzuf\u00fchren. Die technische Bauweise erlaubt den schnellen
\nWechsel von Brennerkopf und Verschlei\u00dfteilen gem\u00e4\u00df\u00a0 den verschiedenen Materialien, Gasen und Materialst\u00e4rken.<\/p>\n

Plasma Gas Console<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n

Die Gaskonsole erlaubt die Auswahl der Prozessparameter genauso wie die Regulierung der Gasstr\u00f6me. F\u00fcr einen optimalen Schnitt irgendeines metallischen Materials, benutzt die Gaskonsole verschiedene Gase wie Luft, Stickstoff, Sauerstoff in der PGC-1 Einheit, H35 ( Mischung aus 35% Wasserstoff und 65% Argon) und F5 (Mischung von 5% Wasserstoff und 95% Stickstoff) in der PGC-2 Einheit.<\/p>\n

Die Benutzung eines zus\u00e4tzlichen Kanals (Druckluft) erlaubt den D\u00fcsenschutz gegen Spritzer geschmolzenen Materials w\u00e4hrend des Schneidvorgangs abzuschirmen.<\/p>\n

Die Prozessparameter-Einstellung ist \u201esynergetisch\u201c: Gas Kombinationen werden durch Wahl des zu schneidenden Materials automatisch vorgeschlagen und der Schnittstrom h\u00e4ngt von der Dicke des Schnittmaterials ab. Optimale Schnittgeschwindigkeit und D\u00fcsendurchmesser der eingesetzt werden soll, werden auch vorgeschlagen.<\/p>\n
