Die TRI-STAR<\/strong> ist eine einphasige Mehrzweck-Inverter-Stromquelle, geeignet f\u00fcr das MIG\/MAG-, MMA- (Stabelektrode) und WIG-Schwei\u00dfen (mit Cebora Lift-Z\u00fcndung). Cebora hat diese Stromquelle entwickelt mit dem Konzept der Mobilit\u00e4tsanwendung und des Mehrzweck-Schwei\u00dfens.<\/p>\n

Die einfache und benutzerfreundliche Bedieneinheit erm\u00f6glicht eine schnelle Prozessauswahl und zeigt die Auswahl an der Vorderwand an (MIG\/MAG, MMA und WIG DC). Im MIG\/MAG-Betrieb ist es m\u00f6glich ein synergetisches Programm in \u00dcbereinstimmung mit dem Drahttyp, dem Durchmesser, sowie dem Schutzgas, welches verwendet wird, auszuw\u00e4hlen. Die Stromquelle hat 11 synergetische Kurven, die optimiert sind auf Stahl (\u00d8 0.6 – 1), Edelstahl (\u00d8 0.8), Aluminium (\u00d8 1), MIG-L\u00f6ten (\u00d8 0.8) und F\u00fchldrahtelektroden (\u00d8 0.9). Die synergetischen Programme f\u00fcr Stahl erlauben es entweder mit Mischgas oder 100% CO2 zu arbeiten.<\/p>\n

Eine geeignete Kontrolle wird angeboten, wenn man die Lichtbogenl\u00e4nge fein abstimmen muss.<\/p>\n

Der MIG\/MAG-Brenner ist bestimmt f\u00fcr diese Stromquelle und ist auch in einer speziellen Version erh\u00e4ltlich, um ihn haupts\u00e4chlich mit F\u00fchldrahtelektroden verwenden zu k\u00f6nnen (Art.1636).<\/p>\n

Im MMA-Schwei\u00dfbetrieb, kann die Stromquelle Elektroden bis zu \u00d8 3.25 schwei\u00dfen.<\/p>\n

Die TRI-STAR, mit ihrem geringen Gewicht und kompakten Abmessungen, ist durch ihre F\u00e4higkeit die Schwei\u00dfprozesse MIG\/MAG, WIG und MMA auszuf\u00fchren, optimal f\u00fcr die Wartung, Reparatur, Installation und das Schwei\u00dfen vor Ort geeignet.<\/p>\n

Nat\u00fcrlich ist die TRI-STAR auch ein geeignetes Werkzeug f\u00fcr Werkst\u00e4tten! Die geringe elektrische Eingangsleistung eines einphasigen Versorgers erm\u00f6glicht eine umfangreiche Nutzung dieser Stromquelle.<\/p>\n

Die Konformit\u00e4t mit der Norm EN 61000-3-12 garantiert eine Reduzierung des Energieverbrauchs und eine Toleranz gegen\u00fcber Spannungsschwankungen (+15% \/ -20%).<\/p>\n

Die Stromquelle kann an Stromgeneratoren mit entsprechender Leistung (min. 6KVA) betrieben werden.<\/p>\n
