Die Maschine BI-WELDER TIG 2040 DC-HF ist eine einphasige (115-230V) Mehrspannungs-Inverter-Stromquelle zum WIG- und MMA-SMAW-Schwei\u00dfen (ausgenommen Elektroden mit Zelluloseumh\u00fcllung AWS6010), die f\u00fcr die Instandsetzung und die Fertigung kleiner Produktionslose konzipiert ist. Diese Maschine kann mit gepulstem Lichtbogen arbeiten und eignet sich daher zum Ausf\u00fchren von Schwei\u00dfarbeiten an d\u00fcnnen Blechen, bei denen die W\u00e4rmeeinbringung m\u00f6glichst gering sein muss. Diese Maschine ist f\u00fcr die Fernregelung mit Hilfe eines Fu\u00dfreglers (Art. 193), eines Fernreglers (Art. 187) oder des Up-Down-Tasters auf dem Brenner vorger\u00fcstet. Als Schutzgase k\u00f6nnen Argon, Argon\/Helium oder Argon\/Wasserstoff eingesetzt werden. Beim WIG-Schwei\u00dfen erfolgt die Z\u00fcndung mittels Hochfrequenz-Z\u00fcndung oder durch das Cebora \u201eLift ARC\u201c Ber\u00fchrungsz\u00fcndungssystem.
\nDar\u00fcber hinaus k\u00f6nnen bis zu 9 Schwei\u00dfprogramme gespeichert werden.<\/p>\n

Die Stromquelle kann am Stromerzeuger mit ausreichender Leistung betrieben werden (min. 6kVA)<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
